Abundant Realty is the parent company that manages net profits, shared expenses, and investment accounts for all of our subsidiaries—so every property, project, and dollar has a clear assignment.

Abundant Realty serves as the parent company and financial hub for our entire real estate business. 

Through Abundant Realty, we:

  • Receive net profits and management fees from our subsidiaries

  • Pay shared administration, payroll, and overhead costs

  • Hold bookkeeping and investment accounts that keep everything organized and compliant

From there, net profits are distributed to our operating subsidiaries and impact partners according to a clear plan for growth, investment, and giving.
